Department of Computer Science has taken this initiative due to massive stress and disruption in direct teaching and learning in college due to COVID-19 pandemic in the year 2020. It is the duty of our department to extend seamless connectivity and imparting knowledge to our students  through online mode of teaching.

 

• We have set up Google meet and Microsoft Team platform for online virtual classes.

• Teachers of the department are taking initiatives to make video lectures related to the topics in the syllabus.

• All the relevant study materials are shared online through the departmental website.

• Power point presentations of the online Lectures are linked in the website for the students.

• Online MCQ test are being carried out for internal evaluation.

• We have received 100% response from the students in online mode of teaching.

• All the sessions/lectures are followed by online attendance system for each subject teachers.

• Online class schedules month-wise are uploaded well in advance in the official departmental website with Virtual class meeting links.

• Website provides the links for all video lectures prepared by the departmental teachers.

• Blogs are also created for sharing study materials.

• Website also provides the links for theoretical as well as Laboratory manuals for the students, all are prepared by the departmental subject teachers.

• Department is also taking initiative to start online E-Magazine for students and E-journal for researchers. 

• Research publications of the departmental teachers are also linked with the website.

• Projects under taken by the students are also linked in the website.

• Department is taking an initiative to start laboratory classes using simulators for Hardware class related to Analog and Digital Electronics, Computer Organization and Architecture, Data Communication and Networking, Microprocessor and Embedded systems.
