• Enter your email id that has already been accepted by the department for virtual meet.

• Enter the password of your email to enter the platform.

• You can download the Microsoft Team windows software or the mobile app from the link given below.

• If you are not able to login or was not invited for the virtual meet then send your valid mail id to department email and get your email id registered by the department or get in touch with the head of the department.

• When ever you are in a virtual meet, just make sure your microphone is switched off and camera is also switched off.

• You can ask questions by writing in the chat box.

• You can also click on the "raise your hand symbol to ask questions".

• You can un-mute the mic when ever your are asked to.
